Using Video To Connect During A Quarantine

Video Is The Most Human Way To Communicate During A Crisis

Now more than ever, as we battle the Coronavirus Pandemic, brands should replace text heavy email marketing with heartfelt video - even simple cell phone videos. Marketing and communications is tricky now. Brands that put profits over people will turn customers off. During a time when people are in a quarantine, brand need to be human with their communication.

Put people before profits and connect with us in an authentic, sincere and honest way. Video allows brands to connect in the most human way possible while we quarantine to combat the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19). Yes, that is right, during a global pandemic, the best way to communicate is with video.

You can do it yourself (DIY) with a cell phone. You don't need to spend any money. Quit sending long, heart-felt emails from the CEO nobody on your email list recognizes. Instead, have your CEO speak directly to the lens to share their honest feelings about what is going on right now and they won't forget them. Let you customers know you care about them. Make it about people before profits and your brand will come through this crisis stronger. #getStorySMART
